What more could a Playboy Playmate ask for?Jenny McCarthy is currently riding a wave of success. She's found love with a hunky male model, her latest book is on the New York Times Best Seller list, and she's currently in negotiations to host a talk show for Oprah's Harpo Studios. The 37-year-old former Playboy Playmate of the Year was spotted with boyfriend Jason Toohey and some friends enjoying a day out on the water in Miami Beach, Florida on Sunday.

Jenny looked relaxed and happy wearing a free flowing hippy-style top with pastel swirls as she hugged her latest beau on the dock. With her hair pulled back in a pert bun and wearing oversized sunglasses Jenny snapped photos of her and Jason and then laid back without a care in the world.Once on-board the boat, Jenny was all smiles as she let her hair down and waved to fans on land. 'I am so pleased with everything in my career and personal life right now,' she told People magazine recently.

Career-wise, Jenny's latest book Love, Lust & Faking it - a guide to contemporary relationships - is currently climbing the bestseller list. In typical McCarthy style, Jenny tells some rather salacious stories about her life as a former Playboy model. She talks about how she became involved in threesomes, saying: 'I was a Playmate, and s--- just happens when people are always naked.'

She also says the image she put forward as a Playmate, was completely different to who she really is. 'I had a facade that I was this ball-busting, tough, belching, loud cheerleader on this show called Singled Out,' she writes.
'This is not how I am in my everyday life ... living up to that facade was hard on me. Everywhere I went, people wanted me to punch them in the arm or stick my tongue out.' Jenny told People that being 'herself' has helped her in her latest relationship.

After spending almost five years with Jim Carrey, Jenny has bounced back with Toohey, whom she's been dating for almost three months now. 'With Jason, I went in with all of my chips laid out. He respected that and saw the life in me. And, so far, it is working well. I have been so open and truthful in this relationship – it is amazing.
'Toohey appears on Best Form Fitness Gear, where he states: 'I am a male fitness model, actor, and stunt performer. I live in Las Vegas NV where I perform as a Pirate at the Treasure Island Hotel / Casino.' According to Jenny, simply being honest in her relationship with Toohey is the secret to their success.
