The Oscar winning actor and director has just listed his rustic Spanish style Malibu mansion for a whopping $14.5 million. Lavender Hill Farm is nestled in the hills overlooking the Pacific Ocean in the famous Sierra Retreat gated community where Britney Spears once lived while married to Kevin Federline.

Mel, 55, bought the compound in January 1993 for an undisclosed amount of money and the house was where he and his wife Robyn brought up their seven children.
