Bollywood gears up for the Indo-Pak match

2.30pm, 31st March 2011, Mohali: Billions of people, one game and just one resounding chant reverberating across the nation: `Chak De India'.

With the World Cup fever at its highest peak the `mahayudh' between India and its Pakistani opponents begins in Mohali in sometime.

And like everyone, Bollywood too has taken a day off from their shoots and are glued to their TV sets cheering for our boys. Bipasha Basu , who'll be watching the match from home with family and friends is sure that, "our fabulous team India, with a great captain like M S Dhoni" will win the match. "I already took a picture of me with the World Cup in Nagpur. Sachin, Suresh Raina, Sehwag, Mahi and now Yuvraj ... all have been excelling. I want Sachin to score 100 in this match and than I will throw a party," promises the Bong beauty.

Vidya Balan has decided to put her mobile off and enjoy the Indo-Pak semi final with family, just like Sanjay Dutt who'll be watching it in Macau. "Riteish is on the job of finding a place for us to watch it. We are all ready and hope the boys are ready to strike it hard. Go India," screams Baba. Wife Manyata is a hardcore soccer fan, but she doesn't shy away from the cricket fever, "I am not a cricket fan, but the euphoria is infectious. I'll pray that our boys bring the cup home".

Katrina Kaif also wishes team India and hopes that our boys give their Pakistani opponent a match worth remembering for a lifetime. "Get home the cup boys," she urges.

Riteish Deshmukh , who is in Macau, is busy hunting for a place to go and watch the match with his co-stars Arshad Warsi, Mallika Sherawat, and Sanjay Dutt. We will raid some Indian restaurant. Hoping to do a double `Dhamal' there".

Akshay Kumar cheers our boys and hopes that Sachin Tendulkar proves his formidable self and scores a ton. "That will be an absolute icing on the cake. We are all waiting".
As the time for the battle draws closer, cricket fans and skeptics, for once sing the same tune Go India go.
