Bagi Ciktot Yang Montok: Squats & Lunges Regime

Uols, bagi mendapatkan vontots yang mantap, chanteque dan padat, these are the two regimes that you could do to achieve just that!

Mak terpanggil nak buat entry ni setelah persoalan daripada adik yang bernama NAME tempohari.




This is the example of how to do squats. Should put the weight/ bar on the meaty part of your back. Remember to ensure your chest is high and you would go as low as you can as if you were about to cikyak...**opss kalau salah matilamak! If you do it wrongly, you might get backache!

Remember - technique is important! Gitu!



Hat ni pulak LUNGES. Do this frequently and if you can, do it with weight/ bar on the meaty part of your back (like squats) as well - it'll do wonders to your legs and bottom! :)

It helps if you do it while listening to some great music tracks too!
