All work and no play for Vishal

Talk about workaholics — Vishal Malhotra took just about a week off from work to attend his own wedding!

After his dream wedding to the pretty Rashi Chopra at the Kanota castle in Rajasthan in the first week of December, the couple hosted a reception for their friends and family at a suburban hotel in Mumbai, last week. "I resumed work the very next day of my reception. It has been crazy yes, but we had discussed about this and it was all decided beforehand." He's busy juggling between quite a few tele-shows and managing his advertising agency. "It feels horrible to leave her at home early morning but then work is work after all," he admits.

Vishal and Rashi have moved into their new home in Khar. He was earlier staying with his parents in Pali Hill.
So what does the new bride do the whole day, all alone at home? "Rashi is busy putting together the finishing touches to the interiors. We had decided on the decor beforehand. We wanted the home to have our touch, so we didn't consult any professional interior designer. And now that I leave for work early, Rashi is taking care of it all," smiles the newly wed with pride.

He has squeezed out a few days of leave during the New Year but would be back to work from January 3 next year.

When asked about the couple's honeymoon plans, Vishal quips, "We plan to take off on a holiday in March next year.
