Kek Besday Untukmiewww

Noks, mrasa mak buat entry Mari Memasak Bersama Mak Leemah ngan uols again nah? Dalam pada sejak dua menjak mak sangatlah rajin dan berkobar kobar nak buat kek, on Friday sebelum Avang sampai ke rumah from Belgium, mak sempat lagi ni hah sakan buat kek chiffon.

This was the first time mak baked cake chiffon nih...dengan tiga warna pulak tu - ala ala marble cake, voley?

***maafin mak kalau blog mak ni jadik tempat acara memamam kek bukan memamam lemang!!! LOL




Ingredients fenting (termasuk kitchen scale & measuring jug):

1) 120g self-raising flour
2) 1 tbsp milk powder
3) 1 tsp baking powder
4) 80g castor sugar
5) 60ml cooking oil
6) 4 egg yolks
7) 50ml water
8) 1 tsp vanilla essence
9)1/2 tsp cream of tartar (cream apa ke bendanya, texture powdery lah nyah! Konpius mak!)
10) 50g castor sugar
11) 4 egg whites.

12) Three different food colourings - mak guna warna merah, biru dan ijau! **matilaa mesra alam!

Preparations:

1) Mix all those in RED (items 1 - 4) into a large bowl.
2) Mix in all those in ORANGE (5-8). Mix well - mak guna hand-handled food mixer yang mak pinjam dari kawan mak ***matilaaa kedekut nak beli sendirik!
3) Beat the egg whites in a different bowl for approximately 1 minute (ni pun guna food mixer uols sebab mrasa patah tangan nak pukul telur sampai telur tu kembang naik kalau guna tangan korang!). Include together castor sugar and cream of tartar then beat them all up slowly until it rises and stiff.
4) Put the well mixed ingredients (yang guna putih telur tu lah) into the large bowl (no.2). Fold until they blend well.
5) Separate the mix into three different bowls and put those three different colourings in each of the bowls.
6) Spoon the different coloured batters into a cake tin alternating between the bowls.
7) Bake inside a pre-heated oven (180 C) for 40 minutes.

**sila abaikan dapur mak yang berselerak yang ala ala dilanggar geroda piula! **matilaa isteri yang malas!




Ta-daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!! Dosi siap uols.... nampak tak berapa besar kan??? takpa, lenkali mak akan guna cake tin yang kecik skett - baru nampak kembang besar! **opsss matilaa kelucahan tetiba!

Cuma nak tunggu pakcik tu balik jah ke rumah!




Bentuk rupa muka bumi kek marble chiffon mak inniew setelah dikerat - okey tak?? Hiks..kalau uols nak memaki mak sebab kek nampak macam siyal, jangan nak mengada ngada..mak ni amatur..lagipun mak berani mati buat kek ni hah. Kau ado?? Non-ado!





Happy Birthday Avang!!!!! Biarlah sebatang jah lilin kat tengah tengah kek ittew... hiks!
