P****T P*****K Punyer BA & Gomen Kelly!

Ingat tak, memula mak dok kompang dalam blog ni, kemungkinan besar weols akan ke bandaraya inniew:

Vass kan?? kann???

Tapi nampak gayanya from tempat ittew, bertukar jadi tempat hat yang tertulis kat buku kat atas nih!

Yes, weols dosi booked flight ke Delhi early March just in time for my birthday. Nampaknya memang mak akan celebrate besday mak ngan Avang di Jaipur (Kota Pink), Rajashtan, India.

Memanglah excited noh? Never ever before been in this sub-continent of a country BUT...

Oh yes, big but... and I ain't talkin' about Professor Klumps' family's butts!!!

First of all, British Airways - really hacked us off because it took Avang nearly two hours today just to organise my return tickets. And we both had to talk to different customer service (call centre people) and they all had been given us different information and by the sound of things, they were not trained properly (or not been given the right information)...

AND on top of that, the price had been going up...from one person to another...

Oh no, it did not stop there, after paying for the full amount, looked like there's another "hidden" tax to be paid...

No, not fuel surcharge... not baggage charge nor any other obvious charge we could think of.

It's LEVY TAX by the Indian Government imposed on people who upgraded their travel to Business Class (yes, I will be coming home on Business Class, uols! Luxury katanya!). This could be done because Avang had few thousands Air-Miles with Bristish Airways.

Because of that, I have to pay £70.00 extra... SEVENTY BLOODY POUNDS EXTRA! I have not even arrived at the country yet and I have to pay that bloody amount of money!

Okay, perhaps I should not blame the Indian Govt for imposing a high 12.25% Levy Tax on Business Class users (dasar kelly-ng! Cekik darah nak mampos lah tu!).

Then British Airways should answer this question: WHY oh WHY nothing on their website indicates this tax when we're trying to purchase the tickets?? NOR their so-called experienced and informed "call centre people" ever told us about this hidden disgusting tax.

Selingan: Haiyyoo punyerlaa berapi api nak marah kat BA & Gomen Kelly nih, hampir hangus ikan bilis yang mak goreng untuk makan malam weols!!! Haiyyooooo!!!

Anyway, I am still looking forward for the India experience.. it better be a bloody great place to be or else!!!! ***matilaaaa Lea!

Oh and this won't be the end of it.. we are going to hound B.A regarding their incompetency of handling customer enquiries.

p/s still berapi-api nieh.... don't cross my path, OR ELSE!!!!!
