I would like to wish everyone who celebrates Chinese New Year - Year of The Rat, a very happy and prosperous New Year!

Above is the lovely e-card created by the ever creative Stephen of Halamanku Fotopage site. He & his family will be celebrating CNY as well. Hope you will get lots and lots of ang-pows
***errr besor besor ni dapat jugak kah ang-pow??? :P

At the moment (in Europe) is
Shrove Tuesday and it's a tradition to make pancakes for the day. As usual, mak sungguh berkobar kobar nak buat pancakes and this time around, instead of making plain pancakes, I am trying to make Banana Pancakes!!

To make around 8 pancakes, you need 100g of plain flour (sifted), 1 medium sized egg, 1 ripe bananas (mashed), 250ml of milk & half-teaspoon of salt. Oh and don't forget flavoured dessert sauce of your choice (e.g maple or toffee).

Toffee or Maple sauce anyone???? :) I had both!!! **matilaa anjing dengan bayang bayang!

The pancake batter - masukkan semua sekals ingredients yang mak bagitahu kat atas nuh!

Medium heat with little oil (I use low fat margerine). Don't forget to flip it!

Serve hot with the sauce of your choice! Yummmm!!! Can put ice-cream if you like..or some fresh fruits too (like strawberries or blueberries).

p/s More photos of Pole Dancing Boys of Soho soon!
