Having made the news recently, Statement Analysis of the 911 call made by Dr. Mark Wangler highlights some of the things looked for in the words of the caller. 1.  Greeting.   Does the caller begin with a greeting?  This is a red flag as urgency often precludes politeness.2.  Order.       The order is always important and will allow us to know the priority of the caller. 3.  Help.   Does the
