Nicole Richie at The Art of Elysium Gala 2010

On January 16th 2009, The Art of Elysium held their 3rd Annual Black Tie Gala. The Art of Elysium is a non-profit organisation which aims to bring celebrities and artists together to voluntarily dedicate their time to children suffering from some of the worst medical illnesses. Nicole Richie and partner Joel Madden have been avid supporters of the organization for years, and as parents to two beautiful children the organization must bare more meaning.

This year Nicole Richie chose to wear a wildly printed paisley maxi dress from Etro's 2010 collection, paired with cocktail rings, Christian Louboutin heels and a burgundy Gucci clutch purse. Her locks were darkened too which set off her beautiful brown eyes.
