Queen of the WAGs Lizzie Cundy soaking up the sun with her basking bikini

She had spent the previous evening partying with Simon Cowell and Topshop boss Sir Philip Green at a party where Take That performed.

But despite admitting to fans on Twitter she was feeling slightly worse for wear, Queen of the WAGs decided to put her hangover behind her to spend the day soaking up the sun on the beach in Barbados.

Wearing a tiny white bikini, Lizzie smiled widely as she took part in a photoshoot on the white sands before having a go on a jet ski.

Writing on her Twitter page this morning, Lizzie tweeted: ’Can’t get over how amazing Take That were last night!! Everyone hungover today me thinks....well me knows!!!’

The former WAG had been one of the 500 guests at the pre-New Year thrash of British businessman Michael Tabor.

For TV presenter Lizzie, it also meant the end of a dire month in which the heating at her Hampshire home was cut off, just weeks after her husband, former Chelsea and Spurs defender Jason Cundy, stormed out.

According to friends, Liz was ‘absolutely freezing’ at her house in the village of Upton Grey and was shocked to discover that her oil-fired central heating bill was unpaid.

Jason, who had been secretly romancing opera singer Hannah Pedley - until Lizzie, 38, found explicit text messages from her on his mobile phone - stopped paying the utility bills on the house.

She told a friend: ‘I wrongly assumed all the bills would be paid by direct debt as usual.’

Lizzie, married to Cundy for 16 years, told Daily Mail’s Richard Kay: ‘I can’t talk about anything to do with my husband, other than through my lawyers.

’But I can say I thought to hell with it all, I need a break and took my two sons with me. The party was fantastic.’

Elen Rives shows off those curves in another tiny bikini in Ibiza

It's been four months since she split from her footballer beau Frank Lampard and Elen Rives looks determined to prove she has already moved on. The 34-year-old former model looked in her element as she splashed about in her tiny white bikini on a family holiday in Ibiza. Looking tanned and toned, Elen certainly showed her ex what he was missing.

Elen, who was enjoying the sunshine break with her and Frank's two children Luna, three, and Isla, 23 months, and some family friends, didn't seem to have a care in the world much less to be nursing a broken heart. But it's perhaps because the former WAG has been getting her fair share of attention since splitting with the 31-year-old Chelsea star in March.

She was spotted out on the town with two different men in the past month. First there was 21-year-old Stevenage FC player Lawrie Wilson. At the beginning of June, Elen and Lawrie enjoyed a night out in London stopping for cocktails at the Soho House private members' club before spending the night together at the upmarket Sanderson hotel.

Then the week before last, she was seen out in London's West End again with a chic-looking unidentified man - thought to be a city banker. Earlier this year, Frank was linked to socialite and model Saskia Boxford but the footballer insisted they were just good friends.

Denise Van Outen shows off her incredible bikini body as she soaks up the sun in Majorca

Denise Van Outen recently quit her breakfast show job to improve her quality of life - and as she relaxed in the sun today it certainly seemed to be working. The presenter looked at least a decade younger than her 34 years as she showed off her flawless figure in a baby blue bikini on a yacht in Majorca. She has swapped the early mornings of the Capital FM show for relaxed afternoons sipping glasses of chilled rosé wine and sunbathing.

Action girl Denise showed she's more than just a pretty face, taking the helm of a motorised dingy as she and a friend headed out to the boat. Then after a quick dip to cool off in the sea, she took a call on her mobile phone.

Perhaps it was her boyfriend Lee Mead, who at 27 is eight years younger than Denise. He was unable to join Denise because of his work commitments in the West End. Mead is currently starring in Joseph And His Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.

Denise has said that she left her job at Capital FM in order to spend more time with the Any Dream Will Do winner, whom she met when she was a judge on the show. ‘I left because I was getting stressed. I wasn't sleeping properly and it was affecting my personal life,' she said in an exclusive interview with the Mail. ‘My relationship with Lee wasn't under strain, but it wasn't being allowed to grow. We'd courted and we wanted to move on. But you can't do that if you've never got time to see each other.

Denise was reunited with her former Big Breakfast host Johnny Vaughan in February in a bid to boost the 42-year-old's flagging ratings. But their on-screen chemistry did not translate to the airwaves and failed to win new listeners at Capital. Model Lisa Snowdon is now to replace her.

Denise recently revealed why having a relationship with a man aged in his twenties was right for her. She said: 'Personally... a man in his twenties works for me. 'In my experience, single men in their mid to late thirties tend to be single for a reason. The good ones get snapped up.' Before she started dating Mead last November, Denise was engaged to Jamiroquai frontman Jason Kay until 2001 and also dated Andy Miller, guitarist with Nineties indie band Dodgy

Another day, another bikini for hen party girl Coleen McLoughlinWhile

fiance Wayne Rooney spent Saturday licking his wounds following a 2-1 Chelsea defeat, his bride-to-be didn't didn't let the bad news get to her. The week-long hen party continued in Miami as a bronzed Coleen McLoughlin took to the beach - in yet another bikini. After spending the last few days surrounded by admiring men, Coleen opted for female company this time as she spent the afternoon sunning herself.

With Rooney safely thousands of miles away, Coleen has so far been venturing into Miami's nightlife, enjoying the sun during the day ... and bottles of vino along with the attention of many admirers. During Coleen's adventure out, the men came one after another, sidling up to make polite conversation over the blaring music and offering to buy her and her four friends from Liverpool rounds of vodka and coke

One in particular appeared to be getting further than the rest, dancing behind Miss McLoughlin, with his hands hovering over her hips as she flings her arms in the air. But ultimately, she was not for tempting just eight weeks before she marries Rooney ? who was in action for Manchester United yesterday against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge ? in a £3million wedding on the Italian Riviera.

The group had eaten at the fashionable Table 8 restaurant on Miami's South Beach before taking a white stretch Hummer limousine to the Mansion nightclub, where they dodged a long queue to enter by the VIP entrance and dance in the VIP section of the venue.Inside, Coleen chatted with several admiring men who seemed to feel that with Rooney on the other side of the Atlantic, the coast was clear for an approach. After days of wearing tiny bikinis by the pool, the Closer magazine columnist opted for a silk bandeau jumpsuit and seven-inch patent high-heels.

Among the group of six is Rooney's cousin Claire, who will be maid of honour at the couple's June wedding near Genoa, northern Italy. In wedding banns posted at Crewe register office ahead of their June celebration, Coleen surprised the media community by describing herself as a 'journalist'.

Presumably she had been referring to her weekly column in Closer magazine, Welcome To My World. Such journalism included her disclosure this week that she would not be renewing her contract with Asda, although Asda said the decision was theirs, and that she recently wore a Topshop dress to watch Wayne play at Old Trafford.

In the banns, Wayne perhaps predictably described himself as a 'proffesional footballer', adding in a further 'f' when there is not usually one, and omitting an 's'. The rights to the wedding have been sold to a glossy magazine for £2.5million.

It's a tough life being Britain's top WAG, so it is not surprising that Coleen McLoughlin is making the most of her sun-soaked hen party in Miami. With a week packed with fun and frolics well underway the 22-year-old revealed yet another skimpy bikini as she stripped off by the pool to top-up her tan. The pampered hens spent a busy day lounging in the sun and floating about on lilos with a generous helping of wine to ensure the party goes with a swing.

Coleen has banned many of the Rooney's relatives from the upmarket Italian Riviera celebrations. She was reportedly embarrassed by their headline-grabbing behaviour at other events.

The move prompted outrage from the footballer's relatives at the time, Rooney's cousins, Stephen, 23, and Natalie, 18, spoke out of their dislike for Coleen and have accused her of simply making money out of the Rooney name. There will now be two wedding parties - an A-list celebration at the villa, from which many of the Rooneys are excluded, and a more low key one in Merseyside, to which the clan will be allowed.

"I really hope that I get an invite to the party in Liverpool, as I would love to go. When I spoke out before [about Coleen] it was because I was hurt. "I really hope this could be a chance to mend any bridges that have been broken," Stephen told Reveal magazine.

The rift began when Coleen's 18th birthday bash descended into a brawl between the two families, to which police were called. Then Natalie was snapped flashing her breast at photographers after Coleen's 21st birthday celebrations. Stephen then angered the Manchester United star by dressing up as a WAG for a magazine and revealing how he fancied one of his team-mates.

Coleen McLoughlin's trainer reveals secrets to a slimmer figure

A new book by Coleen McLoughlin's personal trainer promises to help unfit women achieve a body like a footballer's wife. Fitness instructor and life coach Elise Lindsay's book How To Get A Celeb's Body was published yesterday, joining the usual January onslaught of fitness DVDs to assist people in their fight against the Christmas bulge.

Lindsay's manual features a foreword by Wayne Rooney's fiancée McLoughlin, who claims her trainer's tips and tricks made her "look and feel great". The book isn't the first business collaboration between McLoughlin and Lindsay - in 2006 they co-starred in the best-selling DVD Coleen McLoughlin - Brand New Body Workout.

The manual's synopsis appeals to women who want to emulate the WAG lifestyle: "Have you ever seen pictures of your favourite celebrities and thought 'I wish I could look that good'? They adorn the covers of glossy magazines, dressed to impress and showing off bodies that most of us only dream of. Now you can look and feel just as fantastic with Elise Lindsay's guide to a fitter, healthier, slimmer you."

Lindsay is credited with transforming McLoughlin from a "shy schoolgirl to style icon". When McLoughlin first leapt into the media spotlight in 2003, she was frequently criticised for her poor fashion choices, including her love for brightly-coloured velour tracksuits and oversized sheepskin boots. However, in recent years, Coleen has been transformed from dowdy to dashing, and was voted Best Dressed Female at the GMTV's LK Today High Street Fashion Awards last year.

In 2006, McLoughlin was signed up as the face of Asda's clothing range George, and also released her own perfume Coleen last year. Lindsay's book offers a series of fitness and diet tips and teaches the art "positive thinking".

One of Lindsay's tips is 'naked shopping', which advises readers to imagine you're in your underwear while you're shopping, which should result in correct posture. In McLoughlin's foreword, she says the best tip she picked up from Lindsay was the "30 per cent rule".
The technique involves drawing her stomach into her spine first by 100 per cent, then by 70, 50 and down to 30 per cent, holding this position every day. McLoughlin explained: "Follow this and you'll end up with a flatter, more toned stomach and improved posture so you will feel taller and slimmer too."

Although McLoughlin is endorsing Lindsay's advice, she admitted in October she is a follower of the Weight Watchers programme. She admitted: "There have been a lot of stories recently saying I'm pregnant ? but I'm not ? which is the reason that I started my Weight Watchers diet again last Monday."

Coleen McLoughlin's personal trainer gives us six of the best exercises to transform you

Coleen McLoughlin's fitness regime takes in aerobic work, pilates, stretching and more, with her personal trainer Elise Lindsay putting her through a host of specially tailored exercises.Here are the basics for six of the best.


FOR THE WEDDING DAY
We’ve been doing a lot of shoulder, back and arm work because, as with most bridal dresses, Coleen’s shoulders will be on display and when she’s dancing at the reception she’ll have her arms up and nobody wants bingo wings.

With Coleen now, it’s really about muscle definition, so for the past few weeks I’ve had her doing a super tough set of Reverse Flies and Lateral Lifts straight into Shoulder Presses without a break.


Reverse Fly
Lean forward from the hips, arms lengthening down towards the floor and palms facing inwards. Hold a weight in each hand, lift the arms out to the sides to shoulder height, nip the shoulder blades together, then return arms to the side.


Lateral Lift
Feet hip-distance apart. Hold a weight in each hand, arms by your sides. Keep the arms straight, lift them out to the sides to shoulder height – do NOT lock the elbow. Lower the arms with control.


Shoulder Press
Start with a weight in each hand, arms at shoulder height. Keep the elbows underneath the wrists. Push the weights up above the head, slightly in front (so you can see your hands at all times), don’t unlock the elbows.Return to the starting position.


FOR THE HONEYMOON
Nobody will see her legs on the wedding day but Coleen wants to look good in her bikini, so we’ve been doing leg and abdominal exercises as well as a LOT of bum work – really toning those gluts. These are three key moves.


Squats
Hold a weight in each hand and stand feet slightly wider than hips: feet parallel, toes pointing forward. Keep the weight in your heels and think of the chest lifting as you bend the knees. Send the tailbone backwards while maintaining a flat back. Breathe out as you return to standing, slightly squeezing the abdominals and gluteals as you lift the body.


Leg Extension
This works the abs. Lie on the back, knees bent at right angles above the hips. Breathe in to prepare. Breathe out, draw your navel to your spine, extend one leg away from you – but do NOT allow the back to arch or abdominals to dome. Breathe in as you return the foot to its starting position. Repeat on the opposite side.


Glut Push
Get on all fours in a table-top position (back flat, hands underneath your shoulders, knees under hips) and engage abdominals. Lower the forearms to rest on the floor. Extend one leg behind you, bend the knee and flex the foot. Squeeze the gluts and push up towards the ceiling, focusing on the bottom – do NOT let the back arch, keep hips level. Lower the leg back to its starting position.
