Amanda Beard Sues the Sun

Olympic gold medalist hottie Amanda Beard is suing a California tanning salon company for using her name and likeness without her permission. She filed the lawsuit on Tuesday claiming that ProSun posted her picture on their website in a way to create an impression that she endorses their products. Beard is seeking more than $25,000 in damages.
