update tonight:Jose Baez said that in the first minute of his opening statement, he will explain why Casey did what she did for the first 31 days.It appears that the 3 elements will be used to explain Casey's behavior where she did not report her child "missing" and went out partying.  The 3 elements the defense has identified:1.  Sexual abuse2.  Emotional Abuse3.  Cover up parental
