Mahmood Farooqui, the co-director of "Peepli [Live]" says he has been attending the Jaipur Literature Festival since four years.
"It has grown enormously," he says, adding, "If authors to the likes of JM Coetzee and Orhan Pamuk attend the festival, it automatically becomes a big hit." Questions obiously moved on to "Peepli" after that, and though Mahmood didn't want to reveal what his next project is, he raved about Delhi.

"It's okay, good actually, that the movie is out of the Oscars, else the pressure and expectations would've doubled," he says. "The film is for Indians and local people.
We've received immense appreciation from the academicians, critics and authors, so getting out of the Oscar race is not a grave issue. So, is his next a masala film? "You must know, I'd love to make a movie like Dabangg," he says.
